Terms of Service
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms apply when you use the OVERWRLD website or workspace. If you access OVERWRLD on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
The service
OVERWRLD is an implementation layer for Digital Product Passports: you import product data, we structure it, score its readiness, assign persistent product identities and publish resolvable passports bound to QR or NFC carriers.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace access is scoped to your organization; you decide who you invite into it.
Your data
You keep ownership of the product data, files and brand assets you upload. You grant us the limited right to process and display them in order to run the service, including publishing the passport fields you choose to make live. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you upload and for the accuracy of anything you publish on a passport.
Compliance
OVERWRLD provides tooling, structure and analysis. It is not legal advice, and a readiness score is not a certification or a regulator's determination. Responsibility for regulatory obligations, including obligations placed on economic operators, stays with you.
Acceptable use
Do not use OVERWRLD to publish unlawful or deliberately misleading product claims, to attempt to access another organization's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without our agreement.
Engagements and fees
Assessments, pilots and implementation work are scoped and quoted in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement governs.
Availability
We work to keep the service and published passports available, but the service is provided as is without warranties beyond those we agree in writing. Planned maintenance may briefly interrupt the workspace.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party can end an engagement as set out in the signed agreement. On termination you can export your data, and we will delete it on request.
