Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OVERWRLD collects when you use this website or the OVERWRLD workspace, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. It reflects how the product works today; if it changes materially we will update the date above.

Information we collect

• Assessment requests. When you submit the DPP Readiness Assessment form we store the company, your name, work email, role, product category, approximate SKU count, the systems you list and your message.
• Account data. If you create a workspace account we store your email and name, plus the organization you belong to.
• Product data you upload. Files and records you import (product identifiers, materials, suppliers, certifications, documents) are stored so the workspace can score readiness and publish passports.
• Technical logs. Standard server and error logs generated when pages and API requests are served.

How we use it

To respond to assessment requests, to operate the workspace and generate Digital Product Passports, to keep the service secure and debug failures, and to communicate with you about an engagement you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not use your product data to market to your customers.

Who can see it

Workspace data is scoped to your organization: only members of your organization can read or edit it. Published passports are public by design — a passport is only reachable once you set it live, and it contains only the fields you publish. Assessment request submissions are readable only by OVERWRLD staff.

Processors

We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the application, database, authentication and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only. We can share the current provider list on request.

Retention

Assessment requests are kept while we are in contact and for our records afterwards. Workspace and product data is kept for as long as your organization uses OVERWRLD, and deleted on request after an engagement ends.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The workspace stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in; clearing site data signs you out.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@overwrld.co and we will respond.
